Campania Tipica business network, owner of the CampaniaTipica brand, defines below the conditions of sale for local and handicraft products and travel packages visible in the Itineraries section.

Availability of Products

The CampaniaTipica.it product catalog, the organization undertakes to include on the site only products that are actually available and to keep availability constantly updated.

In the event that the products were not currently in stock or if the manufacturer could not guarantee delivery within the established times, CampaniaTipica.it will be responsible for updating the availability of stock in the warehouse.

The sending of the order by the Customer is also valid as acceptance of any partial delivery, limited to the products available as part of those ordered, as well as as a waiver to request compensation and / or indemnities for this purpose.

CampaniaTipica.it also undertakes, by law, through our customer office to promptly inform the customer of any sudden unavailability of the ordered product, to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products. If the customer does not want to continue with the order, he can request an immediate refund of the amount paid.

If the customer needs a product that is not available at the moment, he can send an email and request it.

It will be our care to provide further information regarding possible availability and delivery times.

Variable weight

CampaniaTipica.it offers artisanal and non-prepackaged products. For this reason it may happen that the product may have a variable weight of +/- 10%. It is therefore possible to verify a deviation between the quantity ordered and that actually delivered.

Payment and Shipping

Payment of Orders

The customer can make the payment for the purchase of products through our site, entering the cart and completing the order.

The customer will be redirected to the SSL secure area to make the secure payment by credit card, bank transfer in Home Banking or the Satispay mobile app.

If the customer does not have a credit card or wishes to pay through other forms of payment, he can contact Customer Care by sending an email to ordini@campaniatipica.co.ukĀ or through the customer service page.

Possible alternatives will be emailed.

Shipment and delivery will always and only be processed upon receipt of the credit on the account or notification of electronic payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Based on the weight and the delivery area, the system will calculate the cost of shipping and the possible delivery methods.

The customer, in fact, during the purchase phase can choose between different forms of delivery and collection available.

CampaniaTipica.it could ship the products directly from the suppliers headquarters and delivery will take place directly to the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order.

Packaging costs are by CampaniaTipica.it and selected suppliers.

CampaniaTipica.it guarantees the shipment and delivery of products equal to those indicated and described on the site, and compliance with all the rules regarding the conservation of the products until the time of delivery in the place indicated in the order.

The responsibility of the manufacturer / supplier applies to all products sold.

In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging.

The information, descriptions and images on the site are provided directly by the producers / suppliers and are made available to the customer in order to facilitate the recognition of the products.

However, it may happen that due to variations in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.

As required by current regulations, the customers of CampaniaTipica.it enjoy the satisfaction or refund guarantee with the possibility of returning the purchased products within 10 working days of receipt if the products do not comply with those purchased and / or present on our site.

Refund method

In case of return it will be necessary to send an email within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.

The communication must indicate the order number and the name of the customer, the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and the motivation.

It will be necessary to return the product or products indicated to our office in the manner and within the terms that will be previously agreed with the Customer.

If the customer returns the item in accordance with what is illustrated here, he will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price paid during the purchase of the returned product (excluding shipping costs incurred).

After verifying the integrity of the product / products returned, CampaniaTipica.it will refund within 10 working days, less shipping costs.

Seat Availability

For the CampaniaTipica.it Itineraries catalog, the technical organization is entrusted to Salerno Incoming Tour and Stay, the tourist incoming department of Elodea Viaggi sas which undertakes to include on the site only packages that are actually available and to keep availability constantly updated.

However, it is possible that the tour package requires a minimum number of participants to guarantee departure

Therefore it is possible the reservation to be canceled at a later time, if the number of participants is not sufficient to guarantee departure.

In this case, the customer will be reimbursed for the entire amount paid during the confirmation phase.

The sending of the order by the Customer is valid as acceptance of the conditions as well as as a waiver of requesting compensation and / or indemnities for the exclusion of the sums paid.

CampaniaTipica.it also undertakes, by law, through our customer office to promptly inform the customer of any cancellation of the departure and to agree on alternative dates or packages. If the customer does not want to continue with the booking, he can request an immediate refund of the amount paid.

If the customer needs an itinerary or ad hoc date not present in our catalog, he can send an email and request it.

It will be our care to provide further information regarding possible availability and delivery times.

Payment and Travel Documents

Payment of Reservations

To finalize the booking of the tourist package, the customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total tourist package up to 30 days before the departure date.

The remaining part must be paid within 29 days before the departure date.

In case of reservations over 30 days in advance, the full amount will be paid.

Payments can be made by bank transfer and credit card through the payment link on the invoice received by email within the established terms.

The customer will be redirected to the SSL secure area to make the secure payment by credit card, bank transfer in Home Banking.

If the customer does not have a credit card or wishes to pay through other forms of payment, he can contact Customer Care by sending an email to tour@salernoincoming.it or through the customer service page.

Travel Documents

The reservation and the relative blocking of seats will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the credit in the account or notification of electronic payment.

The sending of travel documents will be processed always and only upon receipt of the credit on account of the balance.

Once the booking is confirmed, the CampaniaTipica.it technical staff will issue and send the Vouchers and all useful information in electronic format via email.

The vouchers must be presented to the local correspondents upon arrival of the customers, together with the valid identification documents.

These vouchers can be shown in paper and digital form and must be clear and complete and must include the names of the participants indicated during the booking process.

Any changes of the participants will be communicated before the day of departure.

If the customer needs additional information or changes to the booked package, he can send an email and request it.

Changes and Cancellations

Unless otherwise indicated, the customer has the right to cancel the reservation without penalty up to 30 days from the date of departure.

The cancellation request must be made in writing by email at tour@salernoincoming.it

This communication will be followed by the cancellation confirmation response via email with the request for bank details to receive the refund.

It will be the customer’s responsibility to verify receipt of the cancellation confirmation and to promptly notify in case of non-delivery.

If the customer cancels after the cancellation deadline, there will be a penalty equal to 50% of the amount paid from 29 to 7 days before departure.

In addition to 7 days before departure, the cancellation penalty will be 100% and no refund will be due.

Changes

The customer can also request the change of the departure date or itinerary free of charge within 30 days from the departure date without any penalty.

From 29 to 7 days from the date of departure, a penalty equal to 25% of the amount paid will be applied.

After this deadline, no changes to the date and itinerary can be made.

Passenger changes will always be possible free of charge within 24 hours from the departure date.

Refund method

Based on the applicable cancellation conditions, the customer will receive the refund due minus any penalties by bank transfer within 7 days from the communication of the bank details.

If you do not receive the refund within 7 days, you can contact our customer care for a verification.
