Our grapefruit jam is a blended between pink and yellow grapefruit, with a sour and bitter taste. The fruit fully maintains its nutritional value as it is used in its entirety, the skins are peeled and processed, the pulp and its juice are used.

In fact, inside the jar you can taste not only the pulp of the fruit but also and above all the crunchy peel that give a fundamental contrast of textures. Grapefruit is excellent, as it is characterised by a large amount of vitamin C and other antioxidants and a very low energy coefficient.

The balance of the double consistency and the contrast between acrid and sweet of this jam will amaze you.

Grapefruit and Sugar

Taste the Jam:

For breakfast, use jam instead of sugar in tea and herbal teas to make them more fragrant or spread it on rusks.

For lunch, combine it with mozzarella or fresh cheeses.

At dinner, use the jam also for tasty croutons, spreading the grapefruit jam and accompanying them with smoked salmon.
Also try the black rice with grapefruit jam and shrimp.

Storage:

Store in a dry place, once the jar is opened, store it in the refrigerator.
