The Compote of Vesuvian Sorbs and Apples Casa Saviano is a 100% natural product, handcrafted according to family traditions, personally harvesting the fruits of the Vesuvius National Park by hand

The Sorbs of Vesuvius are a small fruit that contains a high concentration of astringent tannins when harvested, therefore they can be eaten only after a process of amalgamation which is able to make the pulp more tender and easier to taste.

Sorbs are rich in vitamin C and have a sour taste due to the high content of mailic acid.

Taste the Compote:

For breakfast, use it in your croissant or spread the jam on rusks.

For lunch, combine it with sweet or fresh cheeses.

At dinner, use the jam also for pies, fresh cheesecakes, or accompany it with ice cream to make your dessert even more delicious.

Storage:

Store in a dry place, once the jar is opened, store it in the refrigerator.
