Chestnut Honey Bees Massicelle
ApiMassicelle Chestnut Honey is an artisanal product of the Cilento National Park.
Harvested in the period from June to October, it is a honey with multiple anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, thanks to the presence of flavonoids and polyphenols.
With an intense and amber flavor, Chestnut Honey is dense and with a peculiar bitter taste.
It is perfect to be tasted pure, perhaps paired with wholemeal toast or to be paired with aged cheeses and ricotta.
This quality of honey is often used to fight free radicals and the effects they have on our body.
Honey, by nature, solidifies spontaneously, especially in colder climates. We recommend melting it for a few minutes in a bain-marie.
