The Acacia Honey of ApiMassicelle is an artisanal product of the Cilento National Park.

This honey is well known and appreciated for its delicate and not very aromatic flavor.

Characteristics

Its color is clear, and the clearer it is the purer it is, i.e. produced mainly from the nectar of acacia.
If the bees also collect nectar from other flowers at the same time, the color of the acacia honey becomes darker until it reaches a straw yellow hue.

Its scent is floral and delicate, and its flavor is rather sweet but delicate, so it lends itself well to cold preparations because it does not cover the other flavors.

Healthy

It is very digestible and can also be consumed by diabetics, due to a high percentage of fructose and low content of complex sugars.

Honey, by nature, solidifies spontaneously, especially in colder climates. We recommend melting it for a few minutes in a bain-marie.
